Vladimir Victorio
Senior VP
San Diego Market Leader in Private Wealth Management U.S. Bank
Vladimir’s passion for helping people achieve their financial goals runs deep. As a child, watching his father work as a clerk for Merrill Lynch sparked an early desire to find his own success in banking. Vladimir began working as a bank teller in college and eventually made his way to Commercial Banking, where his people-first philosophy helped his clients thrive. After gaining valuable experience helping small business owners grow their businesses, Vladimir brought his skill set to Wealth Management, a destination he calls his “perfect home.”
Today, Vladimir brings his 30 years of experience to Wealth Management as San Diego Market Leader, where his business acumen and sense of empathy resonate deeply with his clients and his team. A one-size-fits-all approach has never been on the table for Vladimir, who believes in listening before he speaks. “My banking skill set and compassion for my clients provide me the ability to become more than a banker. Rather, I’m a true trusted advisor and a friend.”
Vladimir believes that a compassionate outlook can bring the best business results, and works to ensure he truly understands the needs of the people around him – whether that’s his clients or his team. “It’s important to me to be able to demonstrate how I truly care for both clients and colleagues as they strive to reach their goals,” Vladimir says. “When they succeed, I succeed.”
Always striving to be part of something bigger, Vladimir has served his community for more than 25 years, volunteering with organizations in both his personal and professional paths. “Community service is part of my fabric,” he says. He has served on the board of directors for multiple civic, nonprofit and business organizations throughout the city of Los Angeles. Vladimir currently sits on the board of directors for the Old Globe Theatre.
Vladimir holds an MBA from the University of Southern California and a bachelor’s degree from California State University, and attended the Graduate School of Banking in Madison, Wisconsin.
When he’s not at work, Vladimir enjoys spending time with his wife and three daughters and enjoying good food and wine.
