 Julie Miracle is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and an experienced leader in compliance and quality assurance, having supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, mental health conditions, and dual diagnoses for more than 12 years. She holds a master’s degree in Human Genetics from the University of Leeds and is certified by the National Association for the Dually Diagnosed (NADD-DDS).

Julie’s leadership approach centers on building efficient, ethical systems that foster accountability and promote high-quality care across diverse service settings. She has a proven track record of guiding interdisciplinary teams in both community-based and residential environments, leveraging data-driven strategies to enhance service delivery while maintaining strict regulatory compliance.
