Paola Ortiz is the Director of Compliance at Lifeline Community Services. She brings over 16 years of leadership experience in compliance, program development, and organizational behavior. Prior to joining Lifeline, she served as the Executive Director of Clinical Services at Merakey, where she successfully expanded operations from three to 16 sites across California while fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.

Paola is a board-certified behavior analyst with certifications in organizational behavior management and dual-diagnosis care. Known for her passion for mentoring and staff development, she is deeply committed to helping organizations navigate complex regulatory environments and strengthen risk management practices.

At Lifeline, Paola leads efforts to ensure compliance with contract, programmatic, HR, and HIPAA requirements, while advancing continuous improvement across policies and procedures.
